5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jds888 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. 5.2 Withdrawals

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting systems or strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus offers, irregular wagering patterns, and collusion with other players. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

6.4 Bonus Cancellation

Players may request cancellation of an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Upon bonus cancellation, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited, and only the original deposit amount will remain in the account balance.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Players must engage in fair play at all times. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

jds888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required by law or regulatory order. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration, underage gambling, money laundering or fraud, bonus abuse, collusion or cheating, breach of responsible gaming policies, or any other conduct that we deem harmful to jds888 or other Players.

10.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. If you fail to withdraw funds within 90 days of account closure, jds888 may charge an administrative fee for processing dormant account balances.

10.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, all bonuses will be forfeited, pending wagers may be cancelled, and jds888 reserves the right to withhold remaining balances pending investigation of suspected fraud or abuse. If termination is without cause or initiated by the Player in good standing, remaining Real Money balances will be returned subject to completion of KYC verification.
